Just played 36 holes today, and was kinda curious.... I bet there's a lot of BMW driving golfers on this forum.

Me? I am a 5.6 handicap right now, although I'm working on getting it lower.

I generally play at:

Legacy Club @ Alaqua Lakes (Fazio course, my favorite in Central Florida)
Eagle Creek (new course near Lake Nona)
Victoria Hills (in Deland... it's about a 30 mile drive for me, but well worth it)
Harmony Golf Preserve (Johnny Miller layout, on 192 past St. Cloud)
Shingle Creek (new course near Sea World)
MetroWest (Robert Trent Jones, Sr. layout, not far from downtown)
Stoneybrook East (this is a good course, not far from UCF)

Also play less frequently at:

ChampionsGate (I take lessons out here @ the Leadbetter Academy)
Ritz-Carlton Club @ Grande Lakes (new Greg Norman course is nice, but expensive, and they make you take a caddy)
Southern Dunes (longest drive for me of all the courses, I've only played once)

I play off a 1.

Unfortunately I had shoulder surgery 2 weeks ago, so no golf for at least another 4 weeks :'( :'(
When I do get back, my handicap is bound to climb a little

I had shoulder surgery in September.... so I did not play from July - January. But I'm playing again now, and I'm better than ever. Of course, that's because since the surgery I've lost 40 pounds, and been lifting every day.... so my distances have been skyrocketing.

I've hit my 3-wood over 300 yards twice in the past 2 weeks..... and have made 3 eagles in my last few rounds. I'm really surprised at my results lately..... but I won't argue.

You guys are good

I'm playing to an 8.3 index currently, and it's been steady at that level for the last 4 years (after being a 10-something for a long time). I play about 25 times per year, but this year I've vowed to double that pace!

We should start a global E60.net golf challenge! Forget the meet 'n greets with cars, let's tee it up.

Has anyone tried to fit four golf bags in the trunk (boot) yet? I love this diagram shown in the trunk.

I have a large, staff bag.... which I can barely fit in the E60 trunk by itself. I have to put it in on the diagonal, just to have enough room for my driver.

The most bags I ever got in the E60 was 3, but 2 of them were small carry-bags.

The BMW people are on crack if they think they can get 4 staff bags in there.

You are so right!

But try getting a staff bag into a 1 Series trunk & you've got a better chance of an ace on your favourite par 5

My dealer gave me two complimentary BMW staff bags when I purchased the car and two of them w/ full sets of irons fit barely into my tiny trunk. Wish the trunk was a little larger -_-
