Congrats on becoming a slum....er landlord (seriously, 350K here in Cali???) I hope that M5 is closer by the day!

I will rule my ghettos with an IRON FIST!!!! Yep, both 3br 2 ba homes with garages for less than 350 (one was 190 and the other 149). After some renovation they should be in move in condition by the end of Oct, until then I will be satisfying my nervousness by modding my car some more

Remember, I gotta get those houses ready to rent and occupied and generating income first, so baby steps bro. All in time. Besides, if the rumors about a 650HP F10 M5 are true, then it will be well worth it to wait a little bit

I was thinking small: Trinity for my bumper and sides, lowering (not sure about coilovers or simply springs right now), and the aforementioned spacers. All together should make a nice package

Thank you Antti, and all the other well wishers. We went out on a limb here and invested in properties while still looking for a house of our own. We will see what happens (hey, at least we won't be homeless, right?)

Thanks bro, but one of my wife's high school friends is an architect. Besides, no major renovations right now, just a little remodeling to get them ready to rent. I will certainly keep you in mind though.
