Remember, I gotta get those houses ready to rent and occupied and generating income first, so baby steps bro. All in time. Besides, if the rumors about a 650HP F10 M5 are true, then it will be well worth it to wait a little bit

I was thinking small: Trinity for my bumper and sides, lowering (not sure about coilovers or simply springs right now), and the aforementioned spacers. All together should make a nice package

Thanks bro, but one of my wife's high school friends is an architect. Besides, no major renovations right now, just a little remodeling to get them ready to rent. I will certainly keep you in mind though.
