alright. i am home. turns out in this case, two wrongs make a right. i was advised a new statute in FL states that anyone involved in road rage can be arrested on the spot. his throwing a punch and pushing me was my saving grace. the only physical evidence of road rage was my smoothie now baked into the side of his car. since he got physical, it was much easier for us both to walk away without handcuffs.
he did spend a lot of time insulting my car, inisited that i didnt have a job because i wouldnt tell him what i did for a living. of course i told the cops. they were really cool, one was retired Army.
At the end of the day, his car is a mess and his business didnt open on time. i spent 2 hours sitting in the AC of my car on my day off posting on 5series.net.
i will be posting pics. luckily the pictures are property of the photographer. I told the cops i did in fact take pictures of him. I admitted that it was probably to antagonize him. The one cop mentioned it was the "intel guy" in me documenting everything. they even mentioned that the guy was aware that i was going to post the pics on the internet. I told him i was going to blog about "the guy who pushed me then called the cops on me"
in the end... lesson learned. dont waste an 8 dollar smoothie. I am still hungry.
