My favorite burger is at the Outback. They grind sirloin together with filet mignon. Order it medium rare. They serve it with lettuce, tomato and chopped onion, but insist on a slice of raw onion. The test of a really good burger is that ketchup is not required to make it taste good.

Good, then you'll have time for a little Big Mikes meet the day after Tommy's - of course you'll be too stuffed to attend the trial the next day, but that's ok - right?
Oh yeah, I am sure my client would understand.

That's a very interesting job.

Very good deduction, Counselor! Used to be an insurance broker...jumped ship to get out of that life (and to have a life - it was a 24/7/365 career)...while brokering insurance, considered going to into corporate litigation...yes, I have JD and MBA...never bothered taking the BAR exam...

Hopefully you'll be out here during basketball season, and we can catch a game as well...maybe make a meet out of it with the LA Bimmer Crew...
That sounds great (the basketball game).

Yes being an insurance broker, especially at one of the major firms such as Aon, Marsh and Lockton, is hard, hard work.

Houston's has excellent ribs and burgers.

But Smith & Wollensky's burger is even better.
