Hey guys, a friend came up with a great idea.

If you witness something and have made of video or took a picture of it and you would like to sell this to the media the problem is, you don't have the proper contacts and it would be a lot of work to call everyone and tell them what you have. And you don't know the real value.
The media has the same problem from a different perspective. They would like to have a pic or a vid for their news but don't know if there is something out there they could use.
So, my friend created a website which will allow both to come together.
Just as ebay...
The website is sell-news.com and he has set up the company and is about to start.

So, when you now have a video or a picture of something that could make the news, you can auction it off to the media on this site. There will be a buy now button and auctions will off course not take as long as on ebay.

Damn... Why do others have such ideas.


Check the site out and spread the news. I think it's a real great idea for both sites, the amateurs that accidentaly witnessed something and the media pros that look for pictures or videos for their news.
