It'S NOT enough evidence!!!
NOBODY has proof that he was TOO fast, or driving reckless!
NOBODY said he was driving like a dick.
His kids were playing with the dog in the back, how fast could he've been driving?

What YOU said is NO evidence, since you were not there and can't say how he was driving!
Nobody else said he was driving reckless!
And I BET he wasn't!
The cab driver only said that he didn't knew what you can do with the cab, and how and where you can overtake. He never ever said there was speeding or reckless driving.
If you'd know MS you'd know he'd never drive like you THINK he did, espacially not when his family is in the back.
Just because some media ppl make a story out of it, is NOT evidence for ANYTHING. ONLY for the fact that he was driving the cab, that's it!

If it was anything like our taxis here, I doubt that the taxi could get over 90 kph with disintegrating. 
Now if it was the "Ring Taxi", it would have been a scene out of Ronin.

I kind of agree with Russ on this. I mean everybody stated he took corners at full throttle, and the cab driver saying he didn't knew his cab could do that. Obviusly he wasn't pacing and let's say if the average driver cab or no cab driver takes a 90 degree turn at 30 km/h MS probably att full throttle would have taken it at much higher speeds. I mean going full throttle wouldn't make a 31km/h speed and thus a 1 km/h increase resulting in no danger whatsoever.
If the cab driver was blown away MS probably broke the law here and there, and (hypothetically) the statement of the cab driver would be enough to charge him for reckless driving. But hey he's MS. Superman of the wheel, regardless if he's superman on track or public roads. No sweat.

The cab driver said he didn't knew taht you can do what MS did with the cab. But full throttle is not his words, it's teh medias words.
Plus, you all know, when you are not in the drivers seat, you feel different. And I bet, MS doing 30 in any car with you in the passeneger seat... you will fell like doing 60.
