Looks bad but from the pics, it's hard to say if anyone was killed. Many of the parts that were cut off (probably in an attempt to free an occupant) are tossed onto the driver's seat so it may look worse than it actually was.

Looks worse than it was.
The roof got cut off to free the driver.
The passenger got out without problems, it seems, but there is blood.
It definately was a survivable accident.
I have seen much worse than that, and people survived...

bimmers are built to take the force of impact, so it really does look bad, but its wasnt as bad as it looks, makes me feel all safe and fuzzy inside

i agree.. i see blood.. and looks like the jaws were used to cut off the roof.. but it certainly doesnt make me feel all safe and fuzzy.. thats for sure.. god that is so scary to see.. bet whomever that happened to doesnt even remember it..
