The building is a Modern Art Musuem project by Oscar Niemyer. The James Bond movie had a set at Sugar Loaf and unfortunately Drew Berrymore didn't fell out "naked" here!

Right, that was on the Letterman show.

My wife and I spent about 100 hours watching Carnival on TV Globo. We usually keep the Recife material to show our kids as that is where I married and lived in the mid-late '60s.

We enjoy the Rio and Sao Paulo portions as well but they are far more glitzy than Recife and Bahia.

Myself only a couple of times in the early '70s to Recife and Natal. My wife and daughter more often. In fact my wife is planning trip in June this year to Recife and Bahia with some friends.

Went down to the Brasilian Embassy in Miami Wednesday for wife to renew her passport. Boy, talk about $$. Lots of 545, 530, 645 (5 cabrios and 2 coupes sited), half dozen Bentey GT Coupes, couple of Maserati Quattroportes all in a matter of a couple of hours. All the 5ers looked better in motion then sitting in the showrooms. So striking in appearance, far than their wannabe competitors.

I suggest her to stay at Porto de Galinhas (PE) and Ilha de Comandatupa (BA).

I also spend some days at Miami in last Frebuary. At Bal Harbour we saw a lot of it. And some others "little boats". That's really $$$$$$$$.
