So I am chillen in the hotel.....watching some German TV and this chick thinks her husband is cheating on her...so she hires a private detective...anyway....I wondered:

Can private detectives be charged with stalking?

Wow Marc, boredom set in quickly
To answer your question: No, I don't think they can be charged with stalking while working, they have to be licensed to do their jobs and have to do what they need to. Plus most are former cops so they probably know the local cops in their area pretty well.
