Quad_m,
There are a lot of M parts that are not listed on the website. If you don't list or mention them then your potential customer won't know. For example, M rear lip spoiler, M trunklid finisher, M door sills, and of course M5 mirrors.

I suggest that you include technical information for most of your items. It's a lot of work and typing, but it will save you the trouble of being flooded with xxx # of emails everyday requesting technical info. Also try to structure the technical information as well, not just merely list them. Take a look at some eBay wheel sellers pages, and you should get a pretty good idea of what to do.
Being a potential customer, I would rather have all the technical information listed on the parts page. A seller/site that lacks any technical information can easily turn away potential customers; I know I stray away from those kinds of sites.
The layout of your page and colors is great, now you just need to refine the details. I suggest removing part categories for vehicles that you won't be selling. Also for the thumbnails, resize them down, and link that to the full size image. It looks much more professional if the pictures aren't pixelated. The TSI documents, maybe include those in a seperate link on the same page. That way it won't take away focus from your product, which is what you are trying to sell.
Overall, it's looking awesome. And I'm sorry for reaming you
You are a trusted seller on here, so project that to potential customers that are non e60.net members.

Tony, it looks good for the most part and I'm sure it will get better with time.
One thing that I noticed is the fact that there are no prices listed on the actual product pages. I realize that if I click on the PayPal "Buy Now" icon then I can see the prices on the PayPal page, but at first I did not realize that and assumed that you had not put prices and would require people to PM you for them. I know in my personal experience that whenever I go to web pages that have no prices listed and require you to call them for pricing info, I immediately exit the site and go buy from someone who has clearly put the prices on the product page. Maybe the site that required a phone call for pricing info would have had lower prices, but it gives the impression that they are trying to hide something and turns me away immediately.
Again, I do realize that you have pricing info on the PayPal pages, but I think people may look at your product page and turn away after not seeing the prices there. They may not feel comfortable clicking on the PayPal icon that says "Buy Now" without knowing the price first.
