Pulled over for no front plates

I was pulled over this morning for not having a front plate!!! 
Motorcycle Cop says either put it on or next time he'll give me the $124.00 ticket.
He did say that I have a nice car and it does look cool without one,
but it's still the law in Washington State as he pointed it out on the Registration paperwork.
Oh well, I like living on the edge...we'll see what happens.

Here in Texas they cannot pull you over for no front plate, they can ticket you for it, but only if you were stopped for something else.
