Whilst I have been lurking on these forums, I have put in an order for a 525d SE Auto + lots of expensive bits. But I should be keeping it for at least 5 years so what the hell.
a = 1
b = 1
a = b
a[sup]2[/sup] = ab
a[sup]2[/sup] - b[sup]2[/sup] = ab-b[sup]2[/sup]
(a-b)(a+b) = b(a-b)
a+b = b
b+b = b
2b = b
2 = 1
b = 1
a = b

You need to post on the general E60 forum with a "I have just ordered a 525d", stating all the expensive bits, colour combination, ETA for delivery, etc etc !!

Most people look through it, and follow it OK. Then you add the values to a & b then the confusion starts.
I saw it years ago, then doing some maths for a recent exam it came back to me. Bit of fun really, not that I enjoy maths!
