Those things haven't even been out for too long. One of those "smart" cars correct? Kinda looks like a mini A-team van 
***edit, I remember getting stuck behind one of these at a left turn light/lane. The car was not even heavy enough to set the sensor off, the arrow never turned green. I waited until the line got about 6 cars long before I decided to jump out, go down one more street and flip the U-turn...

That's a Smart Car. I've seen lots of them around NY, but I have never seen one that looks like that! That's awesome!
