If you run from the police do you honestly expect them to come shake your hand. Ive been roughed up by police, but every time I was a drunk a$$ and had it coming. Dont run from the police in your car, hall a$$ thru city streets, crash into other cars, get out and run from the police, and the danger of you getting kicked in the head drops off!

Yup, when I was a kid I was a dumbass with the cops. Now I realize how hard of a job they have... No love for the criminals, my thought is if you run, you automatically get shot/tazed at least once!

That's bullsh*t. An officer's job in to contain the suspect, not dispense punishment just because his adrenaline is pumping. The guy was face down in a defenseless, submissive position, and that was a cheap, pu$$y shot by the officer. He needs to learn self control. He was just mad because some criminal punk could outrun his fat a$$. Yeah, real tough guy kicking someone on the ground. Take off that badge and I'd like to to shove that foot up his a$$.
Oh, and I'm not anti-cop. My grandfather was with the California Highway Patrol for many years, and my brother was an MP in the Army. I have great respect for those officers who do not abuse their authority.
