Pictures stolen from Zenmotorsports

My Ride: 2012 535i xdrive M-Sport Dark Graphite II 2004 545i Black Sapphire Metallic-Retired 2001 525i Titanium Silver Metallic-Retired1994 325ic Convertible Boston Green-Retired 1985 325es Dolphin Grey-Retired
Ok So I was surfing ebay and saw an ad from zenmotorsports for a carbon fiber roof spoiler. I took a double take and saw that it was a picture of my car with the cf roof spoiler 
I kindly emailed the seller stating that I was the original owner of this picture and that he either remove it or compensate me. Of course he stated that the picture was not my car bla bla bla... So I obviously have the original pictures about a dozen or so I took that day. Now I actually don't mind if he used it but don't take credit for something he did not do. Had he asked me once he realized he was in error I would of been cool with it but his remarks and outward lies pissed me off. 
So now whats my next step??

Screw ebay seller zenmotorsports!!! :thumbsdown: Just sent the seller this message via eBay. I would encourage all of you to send the seller a message regarding the unauthorized use of the photo.
