Another case of police brutality. IMO, there is no need to taser a stupid kid who posts no threat to others, besides trespassing and running around the outfield during the game. If he carried a weapon, then I would agree with that tactic. It was a bad decision. Just my 2 cents.

I don't think the courts should say anything about this: 1) the idiot broke the law, 2) he interrupted the game and the enjoyment off it for millions of fans, 3) he was not permanently injured - he was subdued is all. Far too many courts, and people in general, coddle people when they do dumb shit. That is the major reason for decline in civility and respect for others today.

As for him being a kid - the report stated he was 17, scheduled to attend college next fall, and actually called his DAD to let him know what he was about to do. The only damage done by the taser is the embarrassment he got.

Little shit got what he deserved, but as long as there are lawyers looking to be on TV, and parents wanting to cash in, these cases will go to court.
