Although some of the above mentioned 'personality disorders' make the case for a female, I agree with fpinto that the car is clearly male.
The lines are agressive and masculine, it's athleticism on the road with it's power and nimble handling is clearly male, and the stiff ride also points towards a man.

The 525 and 530 are female. The 545 and M5 are male.
My wife has a 530 without the sport package. That car is definitely soft and sensual like a female.
Automatics are female while a STICK shift is male.
The 4.5 liter engine has some serious BALLS. Definitely male.

I voted he, but I would say I think of my car more like a transvestite.
