If you currently have a BMW CCA credit card from Bank of America it is no longer the ?official card?--and you need to apply for our new card."

This entire thing is so wacked!!! You guys need to be careful since these banks are going out of business and other banks are acquiring their debts. I just got a letter from Chase who now owns WaMu with new guidelines, it did not not quite affect me since my APR was relatively low and I do not carry a balance. This is not the time to switch credit cards with special offers...once the dust settles let's see who is the last man standing in the banking industry...just be careful!!!

In addiiton, kep in mind that the residential has been hit hard the last year and this year it will call for all ocmmercial properties, I'm in the biz and it does not look good...you will start to see a lot of commercial loans folding. Retailers are closing their doors and shopping plazas are going out of business if they do not have rental income coming in how are they suppose to pay their construction loan oblgiations??? Moreover, in one of our shopping center (220,000 Sq. Ft. fuly rented) within the last 4 months we had Circuit City, Bally's, Mattress Giant, 18,000SF office suites and a restaurant go belly up...It's scary out there and more to come!!!!
