Has anyone ever noticed that Nikon shooters tend to use Lowepro bags and Canon shooters tend to use Tamrac?

I'm a canon fan myself... I would go for the 40D But look at this old thing...

Of course who wouldn't want a 1D, but it's also 7x the cost of a 40D body. Unless your a pro studio shooter, I don't see how one could justify the cost... let alone the L-lenses to compliment.

Who's going to get it?
I have both Tamrac and Lowepro bags depending on what camera I'm using and where I'm going with it. I have nothing against Canon, I just have too much invested in Nikon glass and Nikon bodies. My 35mm Nikon equipment includes an N90s, F5, D100, 20mm f/2.8, 50mm f/1.4, 60mm f/2.8 micro, 105mm micro f/2, 135mm DC f/2, 28-70mm f/2.8, 80-200mm f/2.8 and a few others that I don't use often enough to remember.
I don't really see Canon vs. Nikon like BMW vs. MB. Both Nikon and Canon come with Manual options.
