Just stereotyping a lil but.... Red Flag!
Yeah, but the military can't stop a person of a certain background, with no evidence, from joining the military. We are finding out that he has been expressing some extreme views as of late but it appears his fears of deployment caused him to snap. I was relieved to find out that he was acting on his own. I would have been absolutley devastated if this was some sort of "sleeper cell" type shooting...
I just pray the Soldiers and their families have all the strength they need to deal with these times...
Its not about Muslim/Islam, its about an individual who couldnt deal with the stress, even though he helped others with it...

In the Army, we refer to such as a *piece of s##t". I don`t even want to try to rationalize his motives. The act is complete. I pray for the families. This is just a terrible event.

being in the Army, going into work this morning... this is a huge deal. *uck this guy. He had a problem fighting or killing people of his faith(reason for not wanting to be deployed), but had no problem killing other Americans.

Yeah, there is no making sense of the insane... This guy the week before was screening Soldiers after they deployed to injuring and killing those he worked side by side with... A 5th bullet would've done the trick!

I'm not trying to single out or paint any one profession with a broad brush here but I have to ask...
Why is it that psychiatrists are [usually] the ones that are nuts?

As for this scumbag? He was a REMF anyway, it's not like deployment meant him actually getting his hands dirty. I can only hope they kept him alive to kill him later, very slowly and VERY painfully - remember, there is no such thing as "cruel and unusual" in the military.

cruel and unusual is defined as a debt payment lol
but ya he had no problems killing other soldiers because he didn't value their lives. I hope he burns in hell.
