On a lighter note: I did like the way they referred to Tyler Thigpen as Yancey Thigpen when he first entered the game, I found that pretty funny that they couldn't even remember his name and a fairly obscure ex-Steelers WR came to mind first

They looked pretty solid too. Road games in the nfl are obviously tough and they were effective in running when they needed to and converted a lot of 3rd downs. Good teams convert on 3rd downs in predictable situations and they did that. I know it was against a 3rd string qb but i was still impressed.

Raiders vs Steelers next week! Do the Steelers go on another 4-game 'slide' like last year with the upcoming games: Raiders, @Buffalo, @Baltimore???
I actually like the Steelers but when a team like the Patriots expose their weaknesses, it seems other teams start getting in on the fun (copycat league) and the Steelers have a hard time adjusting.

Whatever is ailing the Steelers, I hope it continues through the Raider game next week. But I agree, tough to win games with your QB on his back. But still, on the defensive side of the ball, I might have thought the Steelers would have made a better game of it.
...I guess they should invest more picks on better CBs too...
