I just saw the new Star Trek movie.

Holy crap it was F-ing...


EPIC!!!!!!

Ahem, I mean, it was thoroughly enjoyable, and I suggest you go watch it

Honest, I thought the movie was kind of corny. I didn't like the "impersonations" that the new actors were trying, esp. Bones. He was a characature of the original, and it took away from the movie.

I only liked Spock and Scotty. As for the story....eh!

It didn't expect it to be good but it was,but they should have made more action scenes for captain Nero.

I must say it's overall an enjoyable movie. They did a good job on the character development though I agree that the plot was kind of weak.

I only had two beefs against the movie.
1) The time travel
2) The idea of the Enterprise escaping a black hole

I thought the actors were great, Zachary Quinto was great as Spock.

I saw this a few days ago too, I must admit, I really enjoyed it, action all the way through and the cast was brilliantly chosen
The cinema was packed here too. Its the sort of film that i would happily see again

I'm with you on #1., JJ Abrams needs to lay off that crutch. #2 - almost went there but they didn't cross the event horizon. I don't like it when there are new races introduced that don't seem to exist in the "future."
