New Nikon Lens - Love it!

Just got the Nikon 18-200 DX VRII lens for my D90. What an amazing lens! I absolutely love it! Not cheap, but worth every penny. Next up, Tamron's 10-24 ultra wide-angle and then heading to Nikon's School in January.

I am totally digging this camera thing! LOL!

Great choice for an all around lens. but not too sure what the nikon guys will think with that tamaron lens

Love my nikon 18-200, agreed it's the best "all purpose/walk around" lens, all the reviews for it hold true IMO...nice C

I just installed photoshop and lightroom...I'm sure you'll be doing the same, especially after Nikon school...LMK how nikon school goes...

Congrats. Would love to get that lens. But that will have to wait. Next up is a SB-800/900.

I just sold my D80 and upgraded to a D7000. I was going to get a D300s but opted for the new D7000 instead. It's coming in tomorrow. Can't wait. Hope I don't get any hot pixel or stuck pixel problem. :thumbsdown:

I've had the Nikon 18-200 VR for a few years and really enjoy it. I have also used it with extension tubes and magnification lenses to get a "macro" effect.

all this camera talk sounds foreign to me, how much do these good cameras cost? roughly? Mine sucks, but im definitly no camera expert, but I wouldnt mind some really good pics
