Awesome plate!!!! Is that a personal plate or a standard issued plate that they got lucky with... looks more like a personal plate tho.

ya ya ya... but you never know... I cant be 100% sure on all 50 states issueing pattern on plates. usually they're 3 numbers followed by 3 letters. or vice versa. so "BMW 5**" would be all over the place. That and then you have a large state liek California where you get 7 numbers and letters all mixed up.
Not all states are issueing 3 letters and 3 numbers anymore as they are running out of such standard combos (Too Many Cars, I suppose..?)..My standard Plate on 550 from a small state like Maryland is an example - a combo of numbers/ letters. (don't want to put it up here obviously..but can simulate the pattern for example..)

That's clearly not a randomly issued plate number. In Pennsylvania, many, many years ago they used a six character sequence where one digit was a letter and five were numbers. The position of the letter started on the left and moved over one place each time they ran through an entire sequence.
Once that was finished, they used a system where there was three letters then three numbers. Now, they're using a seven character plate where the first three are letters and the last four are numbers.
