thanks its in the mccarver district of tacoma, which is still gentrifying so there are a few trouble spots but tpd harass the shit out of them and eventually they will move

when UW of T expands their campus and they connect the light rail up to Yakima Ave, the entire hub will be the new spot to be in Tacoma

Great Views with easy access to everything, food, clubs, nightlife, freeways etc...its a no brainer. Im the youngest one in the complex and all my neighbors kinda gave me the evil eye at first lol
