network marketing/MLM
#2
Another reason why we recommend network marketing is the fact that there is small money needed to invest. Usually it can be a monthly fee or a quota to reach in order to remain eligible in the MLM company, but the truth is that it is much cheaper than getting into a normal mortar and brick business.

I used to do it....the overhead is probably lower than any other business that you can start. The catch is that you have to be willing to go through lots of people on a consistent basis and keep the ones who sign up motivated. It requires LOTS of discipline and patience with people. But then again so do most businesses.
If you can deal easily with rejection and can consistently talk to and meet new people go for it. I got a buddy making 300K a year in MLM.
If you go for it just remember...don't stop recruiting...and if you have a guy who's not doing anything move on. That's what did me in. I had a decent team and it fell apart because I wasn't playing the numbers.
Good Luck!
