I hate going out and trying out new places just to find out I wasted my money.

worst is when I get sick afterwards.

I'll start

One of my favorite places I come back often to is in North Tustin.

for Malaysian food.

If you are looking for places to eat, try Yelp.com.

I usually don't go out a lot, I can't afford my car payment. But there's a couple places like to go for...

Even though I'm Vietnamese, I hate Pho!! But I love Bun Bo Hue

Lien Hue Food To Go

This place is the best Bun Bo Hue I'd ever ate!! The bad thing about this place, the room capacity is like 15 people, so it gets pack sometime.

Jerry's Dog
(I know what you thinking, but it's not )
Besides loving Costco's hotdog, this place has the best Hotdog. It claims to be the best hotdog restaurant in OC.

Han's Homemade Ice Cream

I love going here for Ice Cream. I always get Cherry Cheesecake.

These are not in SoCal, but if you're around our way, they're off the hook. Anyway. In and around NYC:

I just discovered this place called Dong Bang Grill in Fort Lee, NJ - its SOOOOO fingerlickin' good! Try the short ribs there! Definitely the short ribs! Definitely!

Another one I've recently liked was The Smith @ 55 Third Avenue, NYC - great place to go for some drinks too, but Wednesday special - chicken and waffles - takes soul food and elevates it into art IMHO

What else? I've always loved the Sea in Williamsburg. Also, I like Julliette in Williamsburg - they have a great brunch with mimosas and a nice elevated outdoor terrace - great place for Saturday/Sunday post-party night meals

I really like Japanese food and take my daughter to the food court at Mitsuwa for lunch a lot. Parking is horrible so you need to get there before twelve on weekdays. There is a parking lot not many know about underneath but even that is full during the busy times.

Boy, I miss New Orleans food! I?m so hungry now. This past weekend I went to a place called the boiling crab. The Jambalaya was not that good here but the other stuff was decent, still not as good as down south. Prepare to get dirty here and have you hands reek for a while.
