Been awhile since I updated this thread...

First off, we are 4 weeks out from the delivery date (11/13).

Car seat: Graco Snug ride (platinum), with 2 bases: 1 for mom's and 1 for dad's car. I had a car seat installer come out and install our seats (CHP will also check you install for free). Found out are car seat was defective so I will be exchanging it tomorrow.
Congrats again...Not sure if this was suggested to you yet, but defineatly invest in a seat cover that the car seat base sits on (it will save your leather from permanent indentations and collect all the crumbs that babies/todlers are really good at creating!)

I initially started this thread because I wanted some suggestions on what to get...
Congrat's again, Gene! We're almost there also, about 12 more weeks to go! As far as suggestions, did you guys consider a baby monitor with night vision? All our friends swear by it! We're pinoy though, most likely the baby will sleep with us for a while

Anesthesia/C-section Class; Just talks about reasons why your would have to get a c-section. Types of medicines used and physiologic effect. Also talks about Epidural vs Spinal vs a general. Recovery time after a c-section. What to expect prior to surgery, during, and after. An anesthesiologist comes in and speaks and we had a q&a session with him.

All the classes we took have been really informative.

Wifey is not planning on having a c-section...but maybe an epidural.
