My Ride: My 5 and I met on Father's Day 2008 and have been together ever since. 20" Wheels (Make TBD), premium package, sport package, AiB V3 upgrade and a Passport Escort 8500 Radar Detector.
Since I get to work fairly early I always get this spot. I've been backing in lately for the "pin ball launch" takeoff when it's time to go home. It seems that this parking method is a little contagious though. This is what I found when I left yesterday.
Oh, finally got my plates in too. Only took 5 months! Gotta love the CA DMV!

You are the trend setter. Tomorrow, you should turn your car around and see if everyone does that as well.

haha.. you're a trend setter indeed.. and it looks like you choose a spot so there is no car parked on your driver side.. good thinking!.. I have a similar spot at work usually next to a wall or a garage post..

Hilarious comments guys
The other cool thing about the 'south' parking lot is that it's the "Bimmer side". The local Bimmer chick here @ work comes up to me a couple months ago and says, "why don't you park your 5 on the cool side?" "All the Bimmer's park on the south side." There's only 4 or 5 of us and I'm the only E60. Feels good to be part of the BMW clique
You're reading my mind bro!
and thanks!
