What that shine stuff on the Toyota tyre? Is it a cover?

You mean the red cover? Its an transport cover but also hides things like spoilers, brakers and so on. All teams were very cautious on their cars.

BTW BMW pizzas were delivered by an guy on a moped. He had to drive 4 times to get all those in the pits (40 boxes)

New idea: BMW approved pizzas


Got on the journey 2 times pulled over by French cops for speeding. 1x 177 kmh, 1x 165 kmh. (Bothe corrected to 168 and 154 kmh) Total fine: 180 euros.
Beware max speed is 130 kmh (80 mph) driving max 150 kmh = 45 euros, max 170 kmh = 90 euros, above 1.500,- euros + 3 months drivers licence lost.

no not the red cover the cover for the tyres

Ah, you mean the black covers (named Alonso/Hamilton) in the first set of pics? those are tyrewarmers with electronic timers and temp controls.

sorry what I mean is this the shiny bit on the trye.
Is it to protect the tyre when they ship them?

I think that its something caused with the flash of my cam..
Most teams use carts onder the F1 cars(Honda), other fit different tyres (transport tyres?) in the cars.
