No ive heard horror stories from cutting springs. I dont know anything about doing it but ive seen cars bouncing around town and just look like shit. i asked my friend why the hell they are doing that he said "the idiots cut their springs"

I had no idea...

As far as getting lowering springs i would only do it when my struts wear out that way i can upgrade those to a higher load rating and put the springs it at the same time. Im looking to do the same when i need new rotors....new ones will be the slotted with axxis or hawk pads.

Cutting springs is one mod I will never do. My 550 is the perfect height for my needs. High enouhg to survive punishing NYC streets and low enough for big fun in the twisties.
