there is a huge dent in the rear half of the roof. I suppose he went under some tree branches which hit the shark fin and also caused the dent

Nope, that car never had a shark fin to begin with. There's no depression in the roof where it mounts, so no fin means no E60. Possible E39 though.

thats not an e60 or an e39, its a bmw prototype that failed to drive on water as intended back to the drawing board....

Then the tree branches must've sealed the hole where the antenna wires come through the roof...
