The title of the article is misleading, the whole experience of clicking that link was anticlimactic.

I would have been upset as well if I paid for something (I don't support crap like fast food) and was not given this item or a refund. I am not justifying the misuse of 911, but imagine you ordered a set of iForged wheels and you were told they were out of stock, but you could chose from the broad array of Konig's they DO currently carry - but a refund would not be possible. I know that is a dramatic comparison, but for all we know this could have been a commensurate financial burden on her.

Yea. I guess she shoulda just beat her ass and took her money back - but then she'd be in jail for assault. Or just order the Big Mac combo!
