I went to the mall today and outside it had about 200 people standing in line with about 7 police officers there to keep the peace. All of them were waiting for the new Michael Jordan shoe to buy. Sorry, but PEOPLE!!! IT AINT THAT CRUCIAL.

This is why Nike will always be in business. They don't need a direct bail out from the Gov't - they get the gov't money from all the unemployed dumbasses collecting their checks, only to drop it all on a pair of new Jordans...

yep yep. But these weren't the air jordans, they were the jordans from michael jordan. He had split from nike to do his own thing and keep the money for himself.

Your right. I'm wrong. I just found this link this morning. This is a re-release of his shoe. I provided a link of what I found. I think this is sad. Just for a pair of shoes. I remember when people were killed just for their jordans and that was only a few years age.

LOL I can't complain - I only wear Nike Sneaks and AF-1 lowtops in all-white are my faves

re sale value is good, not to mention Air Jordan's are pretty recognizable to those in the know...kind of like E60's, stock, mod'd...whatever...we all have our hobbies..some just grow out of them..or some find ways not to have to stand in line
