Shout out to Craig: Craig, how about a photo shop of you and Vlad fishing together in your rowboat?

Actually, in this case "None" is not singular because it's coupled with "of my jokes", thus making it plural. If you were talking about your one and only joke, you would have said "My joke is not funny". Once that s goes on the end of joke though, that's it, you're no longer able to use "is".
