Yes I couldn't be happier take that slap in your face Bloomberg! U already have a hard enough time taking care of the 23 million people that come to New York City! and the city stinks literally because this genius decides to cut garbage disposal, it would have been an embarrassment to the city, thx the commity for not allowing it.
