Cali just started enforcing the hands free cell phone driving law on 07/01/08.
But as far as the bad driving:
I hate it when I see women putting their make up on while driving and I hate it when I see people reading the news paper while driving.

Jag-offs that like to ride people's asses and race on busy streets. Specifically, ricer fags that want to race me because my car is badass looking. =p

People that are always in a rush to get somewhere that they ride everyone's ass that they think are going too slow. The other day I was driving behind a guy that was maybe inches away from the other guy's bumper so I switched lanes and overtook the two love birds and as I passed I looked at the car doing the tailgating and I still can't say if it was a man or woman, but as soon as I began to pull further they got behind me and started doing the same thing...when I was in the right lane.

Is the reason the hands free cell phone law came out because one of our hands would be off the steering wheel?
So, is there a sandwich law? Or a no reaching for the radio control law? Because all of these things take our hand off the steering wheel... And all of them have our minds off the road at least for a second.
Don't answer, I don't want a thread jacking law to be implemented.

Traffic around the Atlanta perimeter (sometimes called other names) typically runs 80 mph or so. I have had convoys of crotch rockets run by me like I was stopped.
And then swap four lanes while still in sight.

This looks like a dumb complaint when I see it in writing but my number 1 complaint is getting stuck behind those driving slower (65MPH) in the car pool lane than traffic is moving in the regular lanes

My biggest complaint encompasses all before (and probably after too!) It is quite simply people doing ANYTHING they feel they can get away with!
Of course thats also my #1 pet peeve OFF of the road too!
It just kills me to see all the stupid, selfish driving I see on a daily basis, I have NO idea how these people are still alive!!! (Due to law of averages catching up to them or being shot by other drivers)...Seriously, what is the deal with these people????
I'll now step off of my soap box!
