ehhh Celtics were expected to win No surprise, Garnett was struggling from the floor
alot of in-n-out shots for L.A, otherwise we would have won
hopefully we steal game 2

hahaha, great point on the celtics playing well, but not all their starters had a great game.
kendrick perkins played 20 mins. went 0-1 had as many rebounds as fouls (4) and in one bonehead reckless play.... almost took out their star player.
if you can justify how that is a great game..... i will give you a reward!

The Celtic D was working, but the next game should be interesting. The Celtics probably won't change much because their D worked in last game. However, the Lakers will make adjustments. Kobe, in particular, will look at the film and find they did the same thing time after time. He will have to find a way to go down the lane. He will have to draw some fouls and not settle for that long jumper all of the time. Gasol will have to show up in the second half and Lamar will need to consistently go to the hole. As for the Laker's D, they had KG shooting a lot from outside, which is what they want him to do. They got caught cheating on D, leaving 3 point shooters open outside. They have to be aware of who can hit from out there and not leave them open. I thought they did a pretty good job over all keeping the Celtics out of the lane. The big difference was that the Celtics hit from outside and the Lakers couldn't buy a bucket in the second half (especially the fourth.) If the Celts cool a bit from outside and the Lakers make just a few more fourth quarter shots, the Lakers can take game 2. The Lakers were a lot closer to winning game 1 than the play and score indicate. I say the Lakers win the next one.

as stated before, definitely the calls did not go the lakers way and that did help the outcome of the game. But like that's never happened to LA in the playoffs either? Say with san antonio.
Again, the next three games are in LA and I am sure the calls will go the other way as well. It's a shame that the refs have so much influence on the game, but it is what it is...besides..the NBA definitely wants more than 4 games, so LA will win 1 if not 2 of these games coming up....
