Completely OTT. Not cool. I mean, the guy in question probably is commiting more crimes (fraud, stalking, slander, libel, etc.) in seeking retribution. He's just a kid and it's just a pair of freakin' shoes. Take him to small claims court or go talk to his parents. Grow up already.
