My Ride: 2012 535i M Sport Package
Hello friends,
Tonight I decided to stop by and visit my e60 family after not being here for quite sometime. When I saw the thread about Iceman's Birthday... I was so happy that I was not late to wish him a happy birthday (sorry Rudy!!!) Shortly after that I came across the very sad thread announcing the loss of our friend JDN. Both made me realize that 1. I am an ooold member (just kidding) 2. that I haven't been here as much as I should and 3. the most important... what a special place this is!
I just felt the need to say Thank you to Lomag, das, Rudy, Iceman, and to all the members for making this place not just an internet forum, but an amazing place to visit.
Tonight made me realize that in the past two years not only that I have learned sooo much about e60 and BMW, but I got to know so many awesome people here and I am very thankful for that
Just wanted to share my thoughts...

Nice thread miss525i -- I'm happy you decided to come on back and visit us tonight. Clearly, there are many new "faces" here since you last were active but I'm sure there are a bunch of familiar faces around as well.
I hope tonight is a sign of things to come and you are able to find some time to spend with us again. I know you went into sort of a "lurker mode" for a while -- I think it's time to come back and join us for some "family fun" again.
Hope to see you around a bit more often!

Nice to hear from you miss525i. I agree that this forum is wonderful and the members are like family. Some of my closest friends are people I met from this forum. I even felt compelled to emailed them to give a special thank you right before I sat down for Thanksgiving dinner.
Hope you and everyone have a wonderful holiday season.

Hey missy525,
You're right. This is a great forum. It went a little wayward for a bit but we watch after one another.

Very nice sentiment Miss525i - I too am a "noobie" here but have learned much in the few weeks I've been here on the E60 forums. Great place, very helpful folks (then there's that Rudy guy )...JK - everyone has been great. I can't imagine those folks who purchase a new or used E60 and don't visit this forum.
Next step will be to meet some of the SoCal and Central Coast members before too long! Look forward to seeing you on the boards!!
FWIW, the E60 Forums are well known...I had posted that I was about to order a 535i over on my Mustang board and several of the members steered me here...as "The Forum for all things E60"!!
