There is a 1 in 17,576 chance of getting MBZ as the three letters in the CA plate. And overall there are 158,184,000 different combinations in CA: 1 number (1-9) followed by 3 letters (A-Z) followed by 3 numbers (0-9)

or just drive with a paper plate or no plate at all . well, mine is three letters (first two are the same) and 055. i wanted to give it to my friend cuz he has a e55 and i know he really wants my plate. but satellite city hall said i can't do it unless he has a brand new car
