Here is a quick update:
The speeding ticket has been reduced to a parking ticket with no points. YES!
Long story short:
I got pulled over by a ball basting cop in Tuxedo Park, NY when we had the last Bear Mountain Run. Well, I took a day off and went to the court today. I was so ready to fight that ticket with whatever BS I came up with. As it turned out that the court would offer deals to almost anyone, as long as the defendant shows up. The town attorney gave me an offer to reduce the charge to a parking ticket (i.e., a non-moving violation with no point to my license). But the bad news is the parking ticket costs $150.
I took it of course. This scheme they are running must be a huge cash cow for the town. Almost everyone there today (approx. 30 people) was out-of-towner who got nailed for speeding or some other traffic violations. And everyone was looking to settle so they can get back to their normal lives. I mean who the hell wants to drag their asses up there again for another trial.

I took a ride through the twistie on 17A. It was fun. haha

That's an outstanding result David. Obviously the town is running a scam to screw out of towners. Tuxedo is pretty infamous for this. Bastards.
Nonethless, a reduction down to a parking ticket is well worth $150.

Thanks guys. My wife said to me that I should stop modding my car. Somehow she thinks the speeding ticket is related to the mods I added to the car. 
Krozi - the cop caught me doing 53 on 35 which was totally bogus. We were doing single file and following each other. I was the only one caught, maybe it was the color of my car.
