That's what I had in mind initially. You might be able to shrink the "p" a bit so the "spike" blends better, and put the "hotography" a little lower. Anyway, that's a good point of departure for tweaking.

Reasons: it looks the cleanest and the most professional IMHO. That may very well come from the fact that i tend to look at logos with less artistic input in mind but more with clean look. Having said that i agree that 3 may suit you well better, although i didn't see that camera lens work of art in the P until someone pointed it out.

whichever way you go john it will look awesome.. i kinda like number one though.. seems the cleanest on stationary, etc..just my 5cents
