A guy went to the town hall for a job interview, the interviewer asked "Are you allergic to anything?"
"Yes, Caffeine." replied the guy
"Have you been in the military service?"
"Yes, I was in Iraq for two years."
"That will give an extra 5 points towards getting the job. Do you have any disabilities?" asked the interviewer
The bloke said "Yes, a roadside bomb exploded near me and I lost both my testicles."
"Ok then, the jobs yours. Our hours of business are 8am to 5pm. You can start tomorrow at 10am and every day after at 10am."
The guy asks "Why 10am and not 8am?"
"This is a government job and for the first 2 hours we stand around drinking coffee and scratching our balls, so no point in you coming in for that."
