No man! All the other guy in the BMW was trying to say is: BetterMakeWay

Anyway, that was indeed an amazing car control, and true that you simply cannot recover from a BMW in the same situation in the same way but you can really properly power slide a bimmer !

Now the question begs to be asked: Is Plato a better driver that Tiff? I love how Tiff drives and also his attitude, and i think his experience would have a word to say. He was in a way teaching Plato how to properly drift a car...

I like Tiff more, he looks more relaxed but I know he not.

FWD cars are pretty easy to save from these extreme angles, you just mash the throttle and apply a little opposite lock and it pulls you out, still nicely done tho

In racing with some experience maybe...it's easy! But on the street when probably cruising in a high gear at low revs, it might be almost impossible.

Yup of course, but the vid is not on the highway in a low gear eh, hence I commented based on whats shown in the vid

Your point is very valid tho, I had a Ford Mondeo ST24 which I had a huge accident in, mainly because of that very reason, low gear cruising, aquaplaned, mashed the throttle and dropped a gear and forgot that I had TC still enabled, equaled no power and sithing off the road into a hedge at 60mph and rolling 3x...............with the TC off and in the correct gear I could take that car just as sideways as the vid no problem at all in the right conditions

Moral of the story, dont leave TC engaged at speed in an FWD car (or dont aquaplane - delete as applicable)

I had a little sideways skid in a my front wheel drive chrysler, but I believe the TC switches off in that over 25mph, so fortunately with some extra power it pulled the front back in and I didn't come off the road.

Amazing driving in that vid though!
