As an officer and Company commander, I would have taken my foot up that NCO's ass. That is NOT how we, the Army, do business. That's a Rogue NCO who probably got promoted too fast and lost his military bearing and professional. A for purpose, F- for execution. We shouldn't proud of this. This is the type of Soldier that loses his cool and winds up shooting a handcuffed man, or raping some young girl and killing her family. This is not an American Soldier I would be proud of.
