does anyone has any knowledge if apple is working to release a larger capacity iPod- one which can hold more than 120 gigs [ larger than the current iPod classic..?]

well... based on trends of the past 10 years, the answer to your question would be yes. Nothing has been advertised or leaked, but one day we will have 100 terabyte iPods that fit in your wallet.

I've got my 16gb Iphone 3g and I've got a 160gb HD for my car. plenty of music to travel around the world. lol.
