1. Can you use itunes on a non apple mp3 player?

2. Who can I shove more music on a iPod with only 4gb?

3. Can you change the battery on a iPod? I think the battery on my iPod is messed up. It doesnt seem to be holding the charge.

4. Is there any software updates for this, if so where do I go and how do I do it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. itunes from what i know only works with ipods and a very small number of other mp3 players. here is the list

2. huh? the more memory the more songs. 4gb is good for roughly 1,000 songs.

3. you cannot change the battery. if you're within warranty, i would take it back to the store to get it repaired.

4. there are software updates when you plug your ipod into itunes.
