Just got back from Paris and London. Had a great time visiting those beautiful cities. One highlight that I think you would all appreciate is that I took my wife to check out Harrod's and the side street was a parking lot of ridiculous money. This was a side entrance where drivers where hanging out while the stinking rich went shopping. Bentleys, RRs, Merc S-Class, BMW 7s...but I didn't bother with those. I counted about 10 Lambos, 5 Ferraris, and 2 Maclaren SLRs. The SLRs were just parked on the street like it was a beater. My wife commented there was a Lambo meet & greet, to understand this joke, you need to know that my wife simply hates our e60 m&g's and was getting tired of me oogling over all the cars in the area.

And special thanks to kscarrol for helping out with suggestions in London. Mayfair/Piccadilly was a great area to stay!

Here's some pics.

Glad to hear you enjoyed your trip to London. And you're right about the cars... ... there are just so many awesome rides being driven around the city. I agree, its just crazy to see those kind of cars parked up and being used as daily commutes Thanks for the pics.

oh, and if you notice on the e60 police car photo, there is an audi dealership there. An R8 was sitting inside and I told myself I was going to take a picture of it but never got around to it. I'll see one in a few weeks at Infineon Raceway. I'm still iffy on the whole blade thing.

first time seeing a 1er. I'd like to see these in the States

Sounds like you guys had a great time. Glad you guys enjoyed some of my suggestions. I won't show your pictures to my wife as they will make her jealous! We usually go every summer but missed this year, though we will be there in November.

The mystery car in your second group of pics looks like a Morgan, hard to tell though. My dad used to have one years ago. Great old hand built cars. I think they are still around building updated models.

By the way, great shot of the Ram Duallie! Really doesn't fit in does it!

Awesome pics Mark! That blue car you were asking about looks like Morgan. I also like the McDonalds arrow sign, and yes we're getting the 128i and 135i coupes very very soon!
