Having your wheels pinched is bad enough, but having the tow truck guys do that to your car is unbelievable.

I WOULD KILLLLLLL THE TOW DRIVER IF I SEEN THIS!! i cant beleive he just dragged the car like its the thing to do.... im shocked they did that!
it was bad enough for the wheels to get taken but the city did more damage than the vandals AND A TICKET to go with it!!
